Matters are handled through traditional mediation forums (inkundla), guided by elders, verification of ancestral boundaries, and written agreements endorsed by the Traditional Council to uphold customary land rights.

Regular inclusive community assemblies (imbizo), shared cultural celebrations, and joint development projects foster solidarity across different groups, guided by the principle of ubuntu.
